Chad's Delicous Gluten Free Turkey Burgers
Ingredients
1 lb. ground turkey
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 Tablespoon butter, grated
1 teaspoon dried oregano

2 Tablespoons olive oil
2 Tablespoons Greek Salad Dressing (We love Four Brothers Greek Salad Dressing)
1/2 Cup chopped onions
2 Tablespoons fresh chopped basil (2 teaspoons if using dried)
1 strip of bacon, chopped
1 strip of bacon, chopped
1/3 Cup gluten free bread crumbs
2 Tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
1 Egg

Mix together all ingredients in a bowl. The mixture should be sticky. If the mixture is too soupy, add more gluten free bread crumbs.
Form into 5 patties and place on a preheated grille.
Sear the outside of the burger, cook 3-4 minutes per side. (Cooking times vary per grille.)
Top with your favorite toppings & gluten free buns (We love Udis gluten free hamburger buns.)
