Chad's Quick & Easy Gluten Free Lasagna
Chad's marinara sauce (Click here for the recipe.)
1 10 oz. package Brown Rice Pasta (Tinkyaka brand worked really well.)

1 pint seasoned mozzarella balls
15 oz. ricotta cheese
About 2 lb. frozen ground beef (It will be faster to prepare if it is thawed.)
1 large white onion
Salt & pepper to taste
1st step - Make the marinara sauce according to the recipe. The marinara sauce can be made the day before which also gives the flavors a chance to marinate.

1st step - Make the marinara sauce according to the recipe. The marinara sauce can be made the day before which also gives the flavors a chance to marinate.
2nd step - Cook the brown rice pasta according to the directions on the package.
3rd step - Add the frozen ground beef to a saucepan or stock pot over high heat.
4th step - Dice the onion.
5th step - Add the onion to the ground beef and sauté with the beef until the beef is fully cooked. Add salt & pepper to taste.
6th step - In a baking dish, layer the marinara sauce, pasta, ricotta cheese, beef, & mozzarella balls in any order you wish. Make sure you have mozzarella balls on the top layer.
7th step - Pour the seasoning from the mozzarella balls over the top of the lasagna for extra flavoring.
8th step - Add the lasagna to a preheated oven and cook at 350 degrees F for 30-45 minutes.
