While we were traveling here, the hot water heater was left on. Consequently, all the propane in the lines was used. So there was no pressure in the lines. When Chad opened the propane valve on the RV tank, he opened it really fast which caused the excess flow safety valve to close off the flow of propane. So, we couldn't get any propane out of the tank. After we let it sit overnight, the following evening, Chad opened the valve very slowly and it reset the safety valve. So, now it works.
