Goodbye to New York

Our RV Life takes us back on the road again....back down to VA. We had a nice time in NY with family and friends, but we decided to head back to VA for a while. We arrived and are busy getting situated now. We brought all of Chad's mechanic tools down with us.

We wanted to share some pictures we took while in NY. When we left, Spring was in full bloom and everything was so green and beautiful.

Connecticut....for work

About a week ago, we went back to Connecticut for work and also incorporated a volunteer project to Brooklyn, NY into the trip. It was nice to see the beginning of Spring again with all the flowers just starting to bloom and the trees budding. We boondocked (drycamped) there for the first couple of days and then we plugged into electricity. We used our inverter and pulled power off the extra battery. It's so great to have the RV with us because we save a lot of time and energy driving back and forth.

Goodbye to Virginia....for now

Well, we had a really nice time in VA. We escaped the rest of winter in NY, saw the beginning of Spring, got a lot of work accomplished, and enjoyed some warm weather. Now our RV life takes us back up to NY for work. But, we plan to come back to Virginia again soon.

It was so nice that we skipped the end of winter in NY. but, even so, I think this is the happiest I've ever been to see Spring come. I can't even explain how great it was - I know all of our friends in NY understand...
