How to keep RV closet doors latched

   We have been using a gear tie to keep our RV closet doors latched.  At first, we just needed to use the gear tie when we were on the road.  But, lately, we have needed to use it all the time just to keep the doors from coming open.  This presented a problem because the closet lights come on every time the doors are open.  

 Well, Chad found the perfect solution!  Battalion 1VZZ5 Double Magnetic Catch, Cabinet, Aluminum .  

These magnets screw onto the side of the center piece in the closet.

There is a plate screwed onto the closet door for each magnet.

There are a total of four brackets.  Two on the top and two on the bottom.  And, a total of 8 plates.
